   I think it would be a great idea. Not for other people necessarily but for yourself. It would be like a momento of your achievement. I guess once the house is finished it would look for the most part like a normal house. You could look at your truth window and say to yourself, “Yes, we really did it! We built a straw house.”. I like the second example.

   I think it sounds like a fabulous idea!!! A really cool talking point! That diamond shaped one looks great. Like a built in “picture” telling the story of your home.

   You don’t need to prove anything to anyone. But I still like the idea!!!

   I would, and i’d put one with a really cool frame around it, not just some plain ole fashion frame like i’ve seen in the past but one with style:) Maybe one framed shaped like our Only Sun or a palm tree, etc…

   Thanks for all your comments which have convinced me that we should have a Truth Window.
   Now I am looking for ideas for a really nice frame that isn’t plain old fashioned but at the same time not to hard to make. So if you have any ideas, just post a comment here with your idea.

   You absolutley need the window, not as a “truth” window but as an aesthetic feature, i saw one with a rustic looking cupboard door in front of it, you open the door to reveal the straw..i liked it
